Same-Day Shipping: Place your order by 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and your items will be packed and shipped from our warehouse on the same day.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed after midday on Friday or during the weekend will be fast-tracked for dispatch first thing on Monday morning.

Transit: If your package is damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs and delivery speeds depend on your delivery location. We offer the following flat-rate shipping options at checkout:

International Customs and Duties: International orders generally arrive within 3 to 5 business days. However, packages may be subject to local customs checks, import duties, or other charges depending on the laws of your country.

In-Stock Policy: Immediate shipping applies to all items that are currently in stock. If your order contains a combination of in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will dispatch the available items immediately.

Equipment Testing: To ensure safety and performance, some high-end commercial machinery may be bench-tested by our team before packaging. A slight smell of fuel or a small amount of oil residue may be normal.

Because we prioritize immediate and express shipping methods, a physical street address is required at checkout. We are unable to ship express packages to P.O. Boxes.
